With over 30 years of global experience spanning IT consulting, project management, and business analysis, she has built a distinguished career leading cross-functional teams across multiple continents and time zones.

Her international journey began in Caracas, Venezuela, with Baan Company (now Infor), where she progressed from consultant to project lead, delivering logistics solutions and implementations throughout Latin America. She then relocated to Mexico City, where she managed a team of project managers and consultants, coordinating complex IT services for clients across the region.

​

During her decade-plus tenure at Flex, she advanced from Senior Business Analyst in Guadalajara, Mexico, to Global IT Program Manager based in North Carolina. In this role, she directed an international portfolio of programs and projects, collaborating with distributed teams worldwide to deliver strategic solutions for global customers. Her ability to bridge cultural differences and coordinate remote teams across regions became a hallmark of her leadership style.

Her consulting career continued with Management roles  in process improvement initiatives and digital marketing campaigns for manufacturing clients. She has also applied her relationship-building expertise in the insurance industry, building strong client connections across geographic boundaries. Most recently, she served as a Project Manager at Compass Made in New Mexico, further expanding her diverse portfolio.

Today, she serves as Director of Bookkeeping at Audit & Compliance Services, LLC. She is also currently pursuing a degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources and a minor in Psychology at New Mexico State University, reflecting her commitment to continuous growth and her passion for understanding the people side of business.
